For the cost of services, I wasn't pleased with the results. I don't notice a huge difference. Same with the cryo. Didn't notice a difference and spent a lot of money. I would have appreciated the esthetician to explain each step and what she was doing and what the product was supposed to do. I just don't think the cost is worth the results. The Massage therapist did a great job however.

I really appreciated my therapist - he was kind and easy to talk to. I was cold during the majority of the service because there was a fan blowing on me. I kept expecting him to ask about more blankets - and I know I could have said something, but I get nervous when I'm lying on a table in my underwear lol. Also, there were several times when he was pressing so hard that I couldn't really catch a breath (so I struggled to ask him to go a bit lighter). Again, it is 100% on me for not speaking up, but I did try to give clues that the pressure was too much. Because I was cold and the pressure was too heavy, I had a hard time relaxing. Also, at one point he put a towel under my shoulder to support it while he worked on my arms. This actually causes me to start losing feeling in my fingertips, which again made it hard to relax. I don't want to put blame on the therapist--I should have said something. I just didn't know exactly how it was going to go.

Honestly- came in for a good clarifying facial with extractions. Was upsold for the diamond treatment (though it wasn't bad) but never had any physical extractions and did not feel the facial unclogged my congested skin. Felt like the service provider was running late (started the facial 10 minutes late) and left the room for pricing info which I feel that should have been known before. Never had the 'relaxing' neck/shoulder massage, and felt like my first experience was rushed and one big upsell. Even after paying and checking out, when I declined the membership offer, was questioned *why wouldn't you join*.

The services are not new to me, I am older, so it takes a lot to impress me as I have tried every procedure out there. I will have to give the process time to see if I notice visible improvement.

I booked over the phone at the Euless TX location and they confirmed my appt via email and text. I also had an appt booked for my sister at the same time. When we showed up my sister was taken back to her appt but they told me mine would be delayed then they told me they didn’t have anyone to do my massage. I was limited on time so I couldn’t wait till the next appt they had since I wanted to be done at the same time as my sister. They didn’t even own up to their mistake but they did end up covering my sister’s massage. I ended up booking later that day at the Southlake location and it was better but not great.

Therapist lack of bed side manner. Very rough without asking for feedback. Therapist is a hurry due to running behind. Therapist almost rude.

The store does not have enough female massage therapists. It is very difficult to get scheduled with our preferred therapist.

Told him medium to deep pressure. Even told him to go harder but felt like more of a relaxing massage. Wanted more pressure to relieve back and shoulder pain. He was very nice just would ask for someone else next time.
