Hand and Stone

I noted areas of concern. Didn’t seem like the areas were treated any differently. Also asked to reduce pressure and slow down. She worked very fast over areas which made it hard for me to relax.

It is really challenging to get an appointment at Hand and Stone in Southlake. The website doesn't allow you to see appointments and book them, so we're left waiting for the store to open and then are at the mercy of the receptionist and your slots. We have a dual membership (two different people) and we keep contemplating canceling one or both simply because it is that much of a challenge to book appointments.

I just don’t usually give that rating.

The music was skipping at the beginning of my appointment but it eventually stopped. The music was also too loud. The linens on the massage table felt cheap and there was not a fitted sheet on the table, so the linens kept slipping. The massage therapist did not offer me any hot towels afterwards. He also only focused on one of the two areas I specifically asked him to address. I appreciated him being thorough on my neck and shoulders but I wish the pain in my calves had been given at least a little attention! The front desk and therapist were both very polite and friendly though and I did feel very welcome.

Calling for an appointment seems hit or miss. I left a message a while back to call me to schedule, and never received a call back. So now I only schedule if I get a person on the phone.

It was a good massage. It could have been a little more fluid. Overall, good experience just hoping for a bit more.

I arrived 8 mins late, I gave them a call, appointment must’ve started at 12:15 by the time I was taken to the room and changed but it was over by 12:55. They took away 10 mins of my massage without telling me that because I was late they did that. I’m just assuming they did that. She rushed through some parts of it. I felt I could only tip 10% because of that. She was good on some parts of my body but I felt I lost 10 mins or should be told. But otherwise all was fine.

I was very Satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. The receptionist are great. Vernon gave me one of the best massages I have ever had!

I was satisfied and services met my expectations. I did not rate highly satisfied because there was noting out of the ordinary.

Bed was warm but room was cold. Cold when uncovered
