Every thing was fine.

I was pleased with everything, just not over the top. My therapist was good, but not out standing. I noticed he didn’t meet me, when I came out of the room. I thought that was rude. I did schedule another massage with the therapist, but I’ll cancel & get someone else

I don't like that my membership was raised $10 per month after only having a membership for a few months. I do think that Justin is a fantastic massage therapist so I am still willing to pay the membership at this time.

I prefer to book in person. The staff at the front is nice but they often make mistakes when I book with my husband. Over the last several months they have booked us for the wrong person, wrong length of service, and didn’t book when we requested.

Greeting when we arrived was very impersonal, at check out knowledge of services was lacking and odd questions on request for particular gender request on massage therapist. Did not package products as normal in fact forgot to give them to me afterwards. Facial was outstanding receptionist needs additional training. The girl in training was very sweet but we dealt with one that appeared to have been there for awhile and maybe needs a refresher on customer service.

Megan is the best!!! Always spends the time and talks through best options for what your skin is needing.

The technician was awesome. However, my appointment was lost and when I showed up it was never made originally. I'm still waiting for the local store to call me back.

Angela, the massage therapist, is one of the best. Given that, her schedule is always booked up, so I have to schedule several months out. It would be great if there was an online option to book appointments and get a notification when other time slots open.

It was first facial ever and a little more description or explanation would have made me more comfortable. Megan was fantastic though and enjoyed the experience

laney was excellent but all 3 of my favorite employees are gone from this Hand and Stone.
