Not very likely to use hand and stone regularly. Your price increase puts you on par with a luxury spa. If I pay 140.00 for a massage I expect experience to match. Therapist was in this class but other amenities such as linens are bare bones. I will come to Hand and Stone for good massage, but for full relaxing spa ambience and products and customer service I will go elsewhere.

Put on hold when trying to make appt. Had to call back 3 times. Confusion about weather membershi was still active. 1hr massage = 45 minutes massage

My only complaint is with reception telling people which therapists are vaccinated. It violates HIPAA and makes me feel very uncomfortable trusting Hand & Stone with my personal information as well.

I will try a more experienced therapist. See comments on previous questions.

Angela is an amazing massage therapist, which is why she is always booked up several months in advance. Any chance to give preference to her existing clients so there are more options for available appointment times? Also, as someone who works in healthcare, it is disappointing to see no one in masks, especially for how tight the work spaces and waiting area are at this location. With current vaccination rates, I find it hard to believe all of the customers coming in with no masks are fully vaccinated. Overall, the staff is great - always friendly and helpful! Angela is fantastic and one of the main reasons why I keep coming back. She pays attention to detail, always friendly, and one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. I’ve appreciated and noticed the social distancing going on within Hand & Stone. Thank you.

The therapist did not use enough oil and it was often a little painful as he moved up the skin on the entire back. I know my skin absorbs a lot of it

Booking availability on the half hour would be nice. The reception area was clean, but it would be nice if the ambience was more spa-like and less of a doctor's office feel. I have been to some spas that offer more than water as a drink and this would have a more luxurious feeling as well.

I was highly satisfied with the therapist and her work. That’s the paramount reason for getting a massage. All the other stuff…well “satisfied” is all I require.

Need more time when you walk in before they approach you.
