My daughter and I had dual service appointments we booked a month in advance. Both of us received multiple confirms for the first appointment neither of us received confirm for second. My daughter asked for specific people and didn't have them. Both of us were charged for upgrades on our basic facials we didn't ask for and didn't even know we received. This has happened several times. They don't seem to explain something is an upcharge they just add whatever and you get the bill when you leave. My facial took less than 40 minutes and then I sat and waited for my next service but then was also charged extra for an upgrade? Felt a little taken

I had to rescheduled a previous appointment due to a power outage. I booked through another location that was covering for the location my appointment was at. I had originally rescheduled with another therapist but when I called the day before because I had not received my usual reminder texts/emails, they did not have me on the books with the therapist I had requested but they were able to get me in at a later time the same day with a different therapist. It was still a good experience but it was slightly frustrating.

The new sheets are horrible. It really distracts from enjoying the entire massage experience. My wife is also a member and she is considering ending her membership. She and I canceled our next appointments.

The therapist was knowledgeable and sweet but I feel like it was 5 minutes short I know she came in at or after 3:08 and I was finished at 3:55. That is the 1st time that has happened but she did a very good job.

Everyone was very friendly. I will be honest, it would be a better environment without the masks. If a client asks for a masked attendant then fine but no one wants to go to a procedure with the heaviness of the covid hysteria there when the country is getting back to normal. No one should be going for a procedure if they are still in fear. It needs to be a clients option. If someone still is in fear they an request but overall it needs to go away. Its way too clinical and inhibits relaxing. thanks

My appt was scheduled at 11am. I arrived early, but was never updated on what was happening until 10 minutes after the appt. My person came out and told me she ran over and the client was still in the room. When I got in the room I hurried to get on the table so I didn’t miss anymore of my appt. To her credit, she extended my facial 6 minutes. It started 16 minutes lates.

Great therapist who handled my massage. Very friendly in waiting area. Helpful in booking future appointments

The top reason I was not highly satisfied was due to my massage therapist. She was unfriendly, did not ask for areas of concern, and when I asked for no hot stone on my leg she was not friendly about it. Made it seem like I was wrong for asking for no hot stone on legs.

This was my first massage so I didn't know what to expect. The therapist asked how much pressure, but I didn't know so I let her choose. Afterwards I realized I should have asked for more pressure and next time I will. I didn't plan the timing well, so my wife and I weren't ready for the therapists until about 15-20 minutes into the massage which caused us to lose some time. More or less everything was my fault, so I think next time will be better. I do plan on going again with my wife for another couples massage. I'm hoping that it will be better then with knowing what to expect and better timing things to maximize the massage.
