The front desk staff were not skilled in applying packages; the front desk staff did not do a good job in explaining my guest use of packages; the trainee up front abruptly shoved a membership form at my friend- after we’d made it clear that we would re book and use my packages again; I don’t think that the hand treatment time should eat into the 50 minute massage (was told and knew that it would- I just think that the increased cost for this add on treatment is such that it should have its own designated time set aside. My scalp massage was almost non existent.

My time on the table with the therapist get shorter each visit. It was 5 after when he started and stoped at 15 till

my last two appointments when I got to the appointment I was told my gift certificates were not applicable so I had was turned away at the door and it was billed on my credit card a 50% cancellation fee which was basically more than I would have spent anyway I only came back this time cuz I had one more gift certificate and again when I scheduled my appointment no one asked me any information regarding the gift certificate I was a long-standing member of hand and Stone in New Jersey for over 15 years when I relocated here and discovered there was one here I was excited and came right away I planned on joining but of course the experience was so miserable the last few times I decided not to I only came yesterday to use up my last remaining gift certificate which was accepted I'm going forward unfortunately the the massage therapist was wonderful I would like to use her again but based on my last two experiences were basically I had to pay for three massages and only got one I don't know how I'm going to handle this going forward thank you

Felt like the massage was more of the therapist rubbing fingers in circles, rather than a traditional massage. Felt that more time was needed on my lower back and hips when I had discussed my concerns during the consultation. Left with no pain relief.

I know its a corporate business, and with that the experience feels very corporate. music was basic, would be nice if there was an option on what type of music could be played in each room or something.

I prefer a girl for my massage and I was not told in advance I had a guy for my massage.
