I am very satisfied and will continue my membership. I am hopeful that I can try several therapists and build a relationship with one which will ensure effective treatment.

I am there to relax and not talk and it seems like everyone I get there except 2 times ago talks almost the whole time. Plus beginning part of massage was kind of weird.

The therapist chatted the entire time. I really like to zone out and relax, but couldn't due to the constant talking. I told her I wanted to focus on my lower back and she spent about 75% of the time on my shoulders. I had to tell her twice that she was hurting me with too much pressure. :(

My facial appointment did not start on time. I waited for at least 20 minutes after my scheduled time.

with COVID, I have a ton of credits. But not ready to do facial yet, given close interaction and space. Just massages for now, so not sure i am really getting the value. Also, I booked a 90 minute massage, and when I made the reservation told them to use 1.5 credits. However, when time to pay, she charged me for the extra half hour.

It feels like the rules are always changing - one week I can use points for product and another week I can't but for services. Why don't I get updates about services? It would be nice to get member discounts - feel like I'm paying more than the value.

I was not asked to wear a mask upon entering, during check in, or anytime else until I checked out. I have an exemption from a physician and your business was not honoring the exemption. I think it was unprofessional and degrading to me.
