One particular receptionist was not friendly to me the same way she was to others. At some points I had a question for her and she was taking a call but the call was taking too long and she never not once told the person on hold to hang on a second so she can at least find out if what I need was a quick question or to tell me to give her a second just to acknowledge that I am in front of her waiting to help me. She was completely dismissive and what is very interesting I watched her service other customers but she was friendly to them and nice but to me and my friends not really... I know her name and if I am to come back to your facility I will definitely ask for someone else to help me but the other receptionists i found there after my massage were very helpful and polite.

I feel if you paid for a two hour massage you should get a 2 hour massage. I have complained about this before. My massage almost always has 20 minutes cut off.

I always thorughly enjoy my experience at Hand & Stone and my therapist is wonderful! The receptionist at this appointment did not seem very confident. I asked to freeze my membership to catch up on the packages I have saved up and she did not provide much detail and was not confident in her answers. She also did not ask if I would like to book my next appointment. She was very soft spoken and heard to understand.

My husband John was with Miranda, his massage was great! My masseuse was Shawnda, she was very nice but did talk thru out the entire massage, I did converse also as I didn't want to be rude, and I really do not want her to know I have "reported" this as I would be uncomfortable in the future when seeing her, I wore my mask when laying on my back, when she was by my head I could feel her breath as she talked which did make me feel a bit uncomfortable even tho she also was wearing a mask. Thank you.

Half way through massage, someone in the next room was stocking/cleaning I'm not sure what but they were loud and banging and it was very distracting.

I was diapointed Bc my husband bought me a gift card for a massage and facial and although both were wonderful, I was extremely uncomfortable Bc I was not told that I would have a male doing my massage. Derek did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly, however, I wasn’t able to relax Bc I was too thrown off that I had a male...I think it’s reasonable to mention that to your customer and at least ask if that’s okay. Also, I had a gift card for a facial and was not told that there was an up charge for a hydra facial until upon check out. I also think it’s rude to ask me what If and how much gratuity I want to give when the person who did my massage is standing right there at the desk. Overall not very happy with my experience and Extremely disappointed.

My experience was good. I felt the massage therapist did not understand my explanation of what I explained as a technique to loosen muscles for low back and sciatica. I would have liked a detailed receipt for the purchase since I paid for two massages and facials.

Pressure of massage was not satisfying - pretty light when I asked for firm. Was not given a towel after to wipe off excess lotion - which I have at all other appointments I’ve been at

Laura is amazing as a massage therapist but getting in to make an appointment with er is always difficult. She stays booked and the times are all over the place. The ambiance of the room is lacking. You need sound machines, better music, and something that smells good (like essential oils). This doesn't cost much and would greatly help.

I just did not see the value vs facial experience. Would rather use the value toward massage, seems a better value.
