I had told the therapist about certain areas. One area she spent very little time on. She was just ok, not as good as the others I have had.

I was not informed before the appointment that air conditioning was out in the massage rooms. I am extremely warm natured and I was sweating during the massage.

too expensive

The therapist did not ask what pressure I wanted and was a little too rough when I had asked for relaxation. She was not as friendly as previous therapists.

The ladies who gave massage (Angela) and facial (Tiffany) were very friendly and knowledgeable but I added $90 microabrasian service with facail and felt there was not enough time to do that and proper facial so kinda rushed and missed out on some of the regular facial services. The massage was good pressure but shoulder blade massage was bumpy instead of massaging along muscles, went across ligaments, tendons etc, not very enjoyable. Maybe that's more of a technique, but not my preferred method. Enjoyed foot massage, could use deeper on hamstrings

You never get the full amount of time that you paid for I i’ve tried to put a freeze on my account multiple times and it never goes through

2 reasons- the therapist didn’t massage my hands or feet which I feel is pretty standard. This was the first time at a Hand and Stone that I wasn’t offered a warm damp towel to wipe off the oil so I left pretty covered in oil.

Cannot book appt online. Used to be able to. Too much hassle to call to see available times so it is not worth the membership. Call me when online booking is available again.

Felt like I was receiving a body rub from my husband not a professional who should know how to do a deep tissue release.

I was satisfied with the services and I love Derek my massage therapist. Which I would easily book appts online.
