I went into detail on where i was sore and what I wanted focused on and although parts were good the one place I said was super sore was not handled with care.

Should have know better than to enter into a subscription model. Will never do again. Cannot cancel, because I would lose all credits. Cannot switch home spas, because I signed up at another one.

I came in for back pain relief. The therapist did a good job there, but I left feeling sore in the neck and shoulders from such deep pressure.

Therapists were late in getting us , massage started passed 8:20 and ended at 8:53 . Had the same problem within the last month as well. . Massage therapist was great otherwise .

I love my experience but I’m disappointed to find out that my monthly membership fee is going up. As a customer I would think my membership fee stays the same but anyone who signs up after a certain date their fee would be the new Higher amount.

I enjoy my facials - I just feel no matter what products I make or advice I follow, there always seems to be an issue that needs addressing that is an "add-on". I have never gone in and paid just the price of the facial. I do love the esthetician, but an a little disappointed at always need more at an additional cost.

I asked the therapist how I could best use my packages to ensure I don’t pay out of pocket. She could not answer that question and I ended up paying $50 out of pocket when I have credits siting in my account. When I asked the receptionist about it she told me I could buy a product ... no ya’ll could have figured out for me ahead of time so I wasn’t in the situation to pay more money to your business.

I came early as advised but the facial started 20-25 min late and she was not prepared for me at all. The experience was rushed and not relaxing. I felt like it was a waste of time and money.
