While the pressure was as requested, he kept a sheet and blanket on my legs the entire time and massaged through the sheet and blanket. I could not feel it very well at all.

I wish I would been given an opportunity to know about some of the products and services for my face.

Oil/products applied don't smell OK; price.

I was quite satisfied with the massage and the therapist. DJ did an awesome job. However, she used a cupping technique which i told her i was not familiar with. I wasn’t aware of the bruising that could occur with this. Therefore, I look a little beat up! However, I’m not upset about it since she did a really good job and the treatment was fairly effective. I think the therapist should explain any side effects with treatment in the future. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Therapist was very nice but I came to relax and there were times it was very painful.

I was completely satisfied with my experience in-store. I tried multiple times to book an appointment online, only you cannot book online -- it says someone from the store will call you to confirm. I NEVER received a phone call any of the times I submitted an online request. So, I never went on the dates I originally wanted to. It wasn't until I called the store directly to make an appointment that I got to make one. The staff was pleasant and there were dates/times available when I wanted to go, so there were no issues there. It's simply the online process of booking DOES NOT WORK.

I felt that my areas of concern were listened too and steps were explained to me to help make improvements to my skin.

Always so clean. Staff is awesome and Really appreciate Precious as she does a wonderful job on my massage.
