Everything was top notch and a great experience. The only thing negative was that I have never had a facial with an esthetician wore gloves. The feel and noise of the gloves is not relaxing or soothing. Everything else including the esthetician herself was stellar! The gloves thing just wasnt as good of an experience as it could have been. I do understand some people have to use gloves for one reason or another it just isnt wasnt comfortable and relaxing.

Service has always been great, and I've always been pleased with my massages, but they experience always feel a bit "corporate" and sterile. Though I've always been pleased with the massages, the masseuses don't always seem confident in their skills.

I get facials to relax. It’s hard to relax when I am asked to add on products and services during my facial. If the location wants to try to sell something to me, do it before the facial.

App’t started 9 min late Combined 3 packages into 1 Hour app’t time Felt not enough time was given for blue Light therapy.

The hair under my right underarm would not come out. Briley was great and apologetic and took care of me afterwards.

It was probably my mistake in asking for a firm massage. There were times when the pain during the procedure to my back shoulder area and low back area was almost unbearable. I am especially sore in those areas now, worse than before I came.

Sometimes it takes a while for me to get started with my appointment and recently experienced a scheduling error but didn’t feel like I was taken care of because of a mistake on their part.

We had a couples massage, and it didn’t seem like my girl asked me any of the questions I could hear him being asked. I was really hoping for a firm massage, and I wouldn’t even say it was medium pressure
