Hand and Stone

My only complaint was that the appointment began about 5-10 minutes late but still finished at the time it would have if on time. Therapist was great—perfect pressure.

Booking an appointment is tedious at the Southlake location, because they do not have a way to book online and see the availability of certain massage therapists, like other Hand and Stone locations. Also, coat racks would be a nice touch in the massage rooms to hang clothes, like other Hand and Stone locations.

The services were basic. I was using a gift card.

I’ll just continue to book Derek for massages as I know he can provide the strong pressure I desire during a massage.

Receptionist was busy helping others and my appt started late.

Pressure could have been greater.

I continue to visit this location to see my favorite therapist, Laura. She is fantastic and highly knowledgeable. However, I do not like the music and noise level outside. I also feel like a better transition room would be helpful. I would also like essential oils diffused in the room for no added cost.

My therapist was treated poorly by another staff member on the day of my massage. It was quite uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel like she was supported by management.

The massage therapist was very talkative even after I said i preferred quiet. She focused on the areas I mentioned but ran out of time sonshe could not work on the area she mentioned was likely causing my pain to start with. I had bruises on my back by the evening of my massage even though the pressure applied was not deep. I have had deep tissue and trigger point massages and never been left with bruises

Massage started at 2:11 and ended at 2:55. Did not feel as though I got what I paid for time-wise. Massage therapist was very nice.
