I booked back to back services, but the second service started about 10 minutes late.

Wish I would’ve known the step by step process of the house facial Before the appointment. And at what points upgrades would be available. Again, just wanted to know beforehand.

Carissa always does a great job. I have never used Hand and Stone and the experience has been good.

Nothing against the make therapist, but it felt like he had a calus on his hand. Its all I could think about everytime I felt it.

I don’t think it’s right to charge 49.95 for the first visit and require someone to have a membership to continue that price and increase the next visit to 80 dollars if they choose to not have a monthly fee! This was a special occasion my husband bought me a spa package and the receptionist made me feel like I would be overcharged the next visit. Even if I have a remaining balance on my card, I WILL NOT pay 80 dollars for a facial or massage. Never have paid that amount in my life and I won’t be pressured to have a membership to do so. Also, my massage was 42 minutes long. Not 60. I wasn’t happy about that at all. She began late and ended early.

Therapist talked more than I wanted. Really just wanted to relax. Like to just listen to the music.

Didn’t feel the estitician was as good as the one I had several other times. Ur products are overpriced.

Was not provided a towel or anything to remove the excessive amount of oil remaining following the massage. The therapist did not use a towel following the massage to remove any oil either. It ruined my shirt because of the dripping oil from my hair.

I have been here 3 times and have had 2 separate therapists. While Derrick was way better for me than Justin, I had asked both of them to massage my neck (not just my neck where my shoulders meet it). I am talking all the way up to the base of the skull (C1 insertion). This has not occurred on all 3 occasions. To be fair, I said neck and pointed to the C1 but did not verbalize it........ I was wondering of this was a Hand & Stone policy of not massaging that area? Because if it is, then this is a mute point. I'm a nurse so I get that this area is high priced "real estate" but they know anatomy and should be ok with moderate to heavy pressure in this area? There also seems to be a greater focus of the time spent on the (upper) back only. The hips, legs and arms seem to be an afterthought..... For an all over body massage, it seems to miss the point that the hips, low back and legs carry all the weight of the work week stress. It's probably just me. I guess I need to be very specific and draw a picture. Thank you for allowing me to respond

It’s hard to get an appointment at the southlake location. I would love you to expand your staff so that last minute appointments are possible.
