I get the impression that many times my esthetician is not very known knowledgeable or experienced.

The level of customer service drops at the door to the massage room. The entry is professional and classy then the tech is not. Massage is fine but would be more relaxing if it was quiet and gentle music playing instead of very poor English talking about her family etc. Some small talk is ok but this tech may need some training about what not to talk about. She is nice and means well but I am guessing most of the clientele in Southlake would rather not feel the need to make small talk for 50 minutes.

I was highly satisfied. One of the girls was late, but they were kind to give me a discount on a service. In the end, I didn't mind having to stay because everyone was very knowledgable and kind.

I might have accidentally clicked highly dissatisfied, I meant to choose highly satisfied. This was a mistake. Thank you, the service was excellent.

My appointments routinely start late. However, the therapist always ensures that I get the full 50 minutes. It's not an issue unless I have another engagement after my massage.

The massage was not deep tissue at all and was basically not beneficial or enjoyable. There were long waits for restroom.

I rate "highly satisfied" as going above and beyond. While everything was great, I did not see many things that would set the experience above and beyond that of my base expectations.

Couldn't get an appointment on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Had to schedule a week in advance. Otherwise very nice facial.

My massage therapist was not personable or communicative. During my visit I believe there just 4 sentences spoken: “any particular areas of concern?” After describing these, there was no feedback, just her response to get undressed and lay facedown o. T the table. When she started the massage I told her there was one other area of concern I wanted her to know about. After telling her - no response. Her pressure was deep, like I had asked for, but several times a little too intense. When I mentioned this, there was no response. The next communication came when the massage ended and she asked what type of water I would like. My concern is that my therapist was not communicative at all and did not respond to or provide any feedback during the massage. While I do not want a chatty massage therapist - a little communication helps to ensure that they are in tune with my needs, issues and compliments.

The aroma therapy oil was rubbed onto the fabric covering the face cradle. When my face touched it, my nose, eyes & lips began tingling with my lips swelling to 3 times their size. Attendant changed the fabric & completed massage. Swelling lasted 8 hours.
