I am not able to move my membership now that I moved from one city to another, I would like to have the ability to move it without having to cancel it and rejoining.

The massage therapist began to talk about her personal life during my massage in detail. Some of it made me slightly uncomfortable. Other than that the massage was great.

I felt like the massage therapist was a little abrupt. She was talkative, and ended our session abruptly.

I was very satisfied with my massage but my husband said his was the worst massage that he has ever received there which makes me feel bad since I booked it for him. He said he was late taking him back and he kept telling him he wanted deep pressure and he could hardly feel the pressure, he knew my husband wasn’t happy. We’ve been members for a long time and I hate that this happened!

I have been coming to this location for over a year. I am always treated like royalty by all the staff members. I’ve been consistently booking with DJ because she listens to my needs, acts professionally, and gets me to feel totally relaxed and rejuvenated. She is a GEM!

When I returned home I notice that there was still facial mask residue on my face and my skin didn’t feel as hydrated as usual. My eyebrow tent is blotchy.

I did not like that I requested the foot treatment upgrade and instead I was encouraged to do a laser light treatment upgrade and a lip and eye treatment to use the full value of my two appointment credits. Because of this, there was no time for the foot treatment and it completely took away the shoulder massage. I feel like I paid twice as much money for the part of the service I wanted the least - I will only do massages from now on (not facials).

I like aromatherapy and other massage companies provide this for free and do not charge for this service. The massage therapist was great working on some of my problem spots although I felt a little short changed on time as she ended my session 7-10 minutes before the hour. I did overall feel that she did a great job.

I had missed a few months that I had paid for. When I booked the appt I asked if I could use two months membership appts for an upgrade. Absolutely I was told. So I was given the options and I chose the salt stones. After my massage they charged me for the upgrade telling me I couldn't use the months not paid for. Receptionist wasn't very friendly about it either. Pretty blunt and matter of fact. Just frustrating when I have many months built up and just wanted to catch up.

I was not taken for my facial immediately following my massage and was asked to wait in a robe in a different empty massage room while esthetician got ready for me. The bed warmer wasn't turned on in advance and room was very cold in addition to being 20-ish degrees outside. She dropped things a lot and made a lot of noise so not very relaxing. Her hands were freezing so massage was very uncomfortable.
