Service is great and love the ambiance. Very relaxing!

When i purchased my membership i was told i could give my monthly service to someone else by gift card. This policy was changed without informing me. I was left with an overabundance of unused services because I them stack up to use as Christmas gifts.

None and a good service. I am satisfied with the service provided.

After I made an appointment and bought a gift card for a friend when we returned to use the service I was quoted a different price.

I wanted extractions done on my fave and when I booked the appointment I explained that. The receptionist did not know that they could not provide that service. The person working on me tried and was super knowledgeable but explained they are not allowed to do that service so that was kind of a bummer.

I had asked about removing facial hair and that was not addressed. I was interested in microdermabrasion treatment along with the collagen, but that wasn't presented as an option.

Original appointment made was scheduled for the wrong date -- it was me and my 2 friends and this was the only day for the rest of the year we could get together. Normal location is in NRH on Davis Blvd -- never had issues there.

The scheduling for appointments is challenging because my husband and I do couples massages and just when we think we have the right therapist for our needs then their scheduling changes. Also, We didn't get into the therapy room til 5 after and then another 5 minutes til the therapists showed up and then we were done by 50 after.

My skin feels more dry, I think the products may have dried it out.

I was satisfied; however, I have received massages from other therapist at this location that were a step above this one. I would say those other experiences made me rank them highly satisfied.
