My appointment was lost in the computer. The staff was able to sort out the mixup after about 10 min

Everything was met. Everything was to my satisfaction.

The therapist used too much lotion and it was very oily in my hair. The therapist did a good job on the feet and hands but the rest of the massage was ineffective. Almost a "shake".

My wife and I have been having monthly massages for well 4 years now. The reason I say this is to show that we know massages. My wife said her massage was GREAT. Mine on the other hand was just fair. Even with my wife having a great massage the cost difference between your facility and where we currently have our yearly membership just isn't worth it. We really only go to you when you have a special going and it's equal or less than what your current location costs. I'd be interested if you run specials on yearly memberships. Your location is favorable to us but it's a once a month trip so location isn't a huge deal anyway. It's really the yearly cost and if we can find a therapist we like. Thank you and please keep me on your mailing list. I will keep an eye out for a deal on your memberships. Rich and Shelly

I did not like the service of the massage therapist. It was the minimal service that she performed and not work enough on the areas that were a concern that I mentioned at the beginning of the service.

I was satisfied. It was a good experience. Highly satisfied seems like an over the top experience. this was a good experience which you should be fine with.

The quality of the services provided is excellent for the price charged.

I asked for the eucalyptus aromatherapy during my massage session as I had it last time and greatly enjoyed the experience. However, I did not have any sort of aromatherapy during my session. Additionally, my therapist did not ask me if I had any requests regarding it and it did not seem like he was informed by the office staff that it was supposed to be a part of my session. I did pay for it so it should have been included in my session. I am not sure if there was a breakdown in communication somewhere but considering how amazing my first massage was, it was disappointing.

I don't think the $15 charge for the scalp massage was work taking the time from the body massage. I wouldn't do that again. I expect 50 minutes massage for the fee charged. I have had many years of massage and I would rate this a 6 on a scale of 1-10.

For the most I was highly satisfied with my experience. I picked just satisfied with the results of my service because there is only so much you can do with 56 year old skin. And also, they always are looking to add on to what you already pay each month. Everything is considered to be an upgrade, so if I have a complaint....I guess it is with the pricing. Thanks for asking!
