The staff at the Southlake location of Hand And Stone have always been friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have walked me through many options for services and make me feel comfortable whenever I am there. I am looking forward to continuing booking massages as well as other services offered at this location.

I love everything about this location! The atmosphere is perfect and hands down Lamarrick is the best therapist ever! All of your therapists are wonderful. I have never had a less than perfect visit. Looking forward to next month!

Olivia is amazing as always! She knows just what recommend based on my skins need at the time of the appointment. very time i go to her, I can't wait to book my next appointment and tell my friends about the studio in hopes they come and visit too!

The massage therapist I see there is the best!! She is so knowledgeable and fantastic.

Katia always does a very good job. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff is always nice and professional and make me feel good whether it is a massage or a facial.

Jilian is always very helpful in answering all of my questions and tells me what my skin needs. On the past two visits the Growth factor option for the service I usually have was not available...she had it today!!!! Not sure how you can improve on this other than keeping more in stock. I will check before my next appointment. Overall I really enjoy and appreciate Jilian!

The Southlake, TX location was extremely friendly and helpful. The esthetician was fantastic and listened to my needs. I canceled my membership based on the Addison, TX location which is poor quality for the price. If I lived closer to Southlake I would have kept my membership and switched salons.
