I am a regular client of my therapist. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in the service he provides. I have liked Hand and Stone very much since he changed where he works - it’s a noticeable improvement over the last place.

Alex is very good at understanding techniques that work for areas of his clients. Stiff hip etc when I leave & for days following it’s much improved
