I love the Southlake location and everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly. Olivia is a great esthetician and always willing to answer any questions I have.

I am filling out this survey for my most recent visit with LaMarrick. He was outstanding. However, I did call in with a complaint. I sent the delightful couple who helps take care of our house to you. I gave them coupons for massages. He was having some back issues. They were treated extremely poorly!!!! I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with Hand & Stone for not treating this honorable couple with respect. I believe whoever waited on them was extremely prejudiced. As I understood them to say, this occurred during check-in and check-out. I had hoped they would find the hour relaxing and invigorating. Instead, their character’s were maligned, the receptionist acted as if their coupons were no good (I called ahead to prevent ANY problems and to confirm the coupons I gave them would be received.) If I hadn’t already paid for many months during which I could not come, I would end my several-year relationship with you. The only reason I am continuing at this point is because I have so many hours AND because LaMarrick is excellent.

LeMarrick is simply the best. 10/10 would highly recommend.
