Jake is a fantastic skilled massage therapist. Please keep him on staff. This location does not have any other massage therapist as skilled with deep tissue massage as Jake. Thank you.

Katia is an exceptional massage therapist who always listens to my requests and suggestions. Her technique totally relaxes all of my muscle tension and leaves me feeling calm. This salon is welcoming and offers a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

All staff are professional. This location is Southlake tends to be a bit more hospitable than the location I originally joined at.

The ease of scheduling, friendliness of Front Desk staff, experience level of both the Facial technician and Massage technician are outstanding. My schedule is crazy because of work, but I am always able to schedule appointments that work within my schedule. I am very happy with the overall Hand & Stone experience at the Southlake location.

Kim is wonderful. I have remained mostly due to her. I travel a lot and time is becoming an issue. Will remain a member for now.

Jake was great. Kim was the therapist for my boyfriend and she was not as good. He told her he needed attention to his calves and she did not provide any massage to his calf area.
