I schedule my appointments with the same therapist who I've known since my first visit as a member. Angela with the Soutlake location is the best therapist I've ever experienced. She is a treasure to Hand & Stone and of course to me.

My facial and massage was exceptional

Alexa is amazing at the front desk. Very genuine in her welcoming people. Hannah is the most awesome therapist there! I am a runner who gets a massage to help alleviate the kinks. She knows her muscle groups and really works at helping me be a better athlete. These 2 are both great people to have at H&S!!!

Shonda is an angel on earth. You must keep her!

Laney targeted the areas of my concern whale communicating and ensuring the pressure was appropriate for the area she was working on.

I am made to feel special because of the greeting and friendliness at reception. Everyone seems relaxed. The therapist makes me feel welcomed as well. Further, the therapist asks if there is anything that needs special attention, listens to what I say and then follows through. There is never any sense of any request being a burden - just a willingness to serve the needs. Everything by everyone at this location has been friendly and professional.
