My massage therapist, Shauna, does an excellent job in releasing my work related stress levels. She is always extremely friendly and pleasant. The front office ladies are always very friendly and attentive the minute I walk in the door.

The staff were all very professional and sweet. Jillian was amazing. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable!

The lobby was freezing cold. It was a 74 degree day, I could have hung meat in there. I saw a new therapist than my usual Shonda, whom I love. He was ok. The receptionist was super nice and friendly but she talked super loud to guests as they were checking in/out.

This was my first visit and the minute I walked in, the receptionist acknowledged me by my name which totally surprised me and that's rrrreeeaaaalllyyyy great. My Massage Therapist (Angela) is really awseome. As an aspiring Massage Therapist myself, she walked me through the process, had me totally relaxed and the ambience is to die for.....llloooovvvveeee it

My wife and I really enjoy getting couples massages at Hand and Stone. The massage therapist Leslie and Lameric ( spelling?) are always friendly and welcoming. They are extremely good and knowledgeable.

The knot in my neck was worked out. She was very nice and professional. If I lived In the area, I would definitely return soon.

I have been a member in Southlake for years now. I also travel and enjoy using other Hand and Stone locations while away. I have never had a problem at any locations.

I haven’t had a massage in months and after seeing Dj I realized how bad I need to come on a regular basis. I was informed Dj would be leaving and was disappointed but booked the next t day with Hannah who I hear is great.
