My therapist is amazing. Very thorough and thoughtful. My last visit was so amazing and relaxing, I drifted off to sleep.

The ease of scheduling, friendliness of Front Desk staff, experience level of both the Facial technician and Massage technician are outstanding. My schedule is crazy because of work, but I am always able to schedule appointments that work within my schedule. I am very happy with the overall Hand & Stone experience at the Southlake location.

Kim is wonderful. I have remained mostly due to her. I travel a lot and time is becoming an issue. Will remain a member for now.

Jake was great. Kim was the therapist for my boyfriend and she was not as good. He told her he needed attention to his calves and she did not provide any massage to his calf area.
