My massage therapist was great. He took the time to address the areas of tension. I left feeling more relaxed. My one issue with this location is the inability to book an appointment online. You always have to call for appointments and I would much prefer the ease of booking online that other Hand and Stone locations offer.

At this location, the entire staff is so friendly. I especially love my massage therapists, Angella. She always treats me like I am her only client, and focuses on and provides me with exactly what I need.

Jillian is effective and efficient. She gives me an awesome face massage during the treatment which enhances my session. The whole experience is soothing and I have followed up with another appointment because of the improvement I have noticed.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The whole spa is clean and the ambience is serene. Carissa B is awesome! The availability of appointments is good also. I feel like the covid precautions don't take away from the experience.

The Southlake Hand and Stone office is run very efficiently and the staff is exceptional. I have a favorite, (Angela) but she's often booked well in advance so if I can't get an appointment with her, the other massage therapists are also highly skilled and very good at what they do. The office is always very clean, very sanitary and the ambiance is perfect.

Hannah is my go to girl! She is phenomenal and always listens to and addresses my needs. She is very professional and you can tell she takes pride in her abilities.

I always feel guilty that Briley spends more time with my facial issues than I’m paying her for! She is super thorough and knowledgeable.
