Upon arrival the front desk receptionists were welcoming and knowledgeable. The esthetician was prepared and ready to answer any questions I had. She even remembered my skin concerns during my last visit with her and continued to answer questions to address the issue.

My facial experience was both relaxing and beneficial to my skin. I appreciated that she also massaged my arms and hands and neck. She chatted briefly with me at the onset, then was quiet so I could relax.

I'm always highly satisfied at Hand and Stone. Regarding the lotion used, I really didn't care, so I noted that. :-) It was fine. Justin is very talented and intuitive in making the client feel better as he finds the spots that need extra attention.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. All concerns were met and taken care of. Facility was super nice and clean. Time was used very well for each service as well and products were not pressured on to buying.
