My therapist actually listened to what I wanted this time. Usually they use firmer pressure than requested. She allowed me to relax and even worked on my problem areas like I had discussed with her. She was thoughtful and took the time to learn my needs. She was amazing and I look forward to seeing her again next month.

The Southlake Hand & Stone location is always wonderful from the staff on reception to my favorite masseuse, Angella. Upon arrival, my temperature was taken and I noticed the jars clearly labeled for "clean" and "dirty" pens. Once in the room, Angella took the a few minutes to tell me about the new safety and cleaning precautions taken and made sure I was comfortable before the massage. I appreciate the efforts that everyone is taking to make sure H&S remains a safe, clean and relaxing place!

Friendly service- both lobby staff and esthetician. Clean environment- waiting room and service room. Knowledgeable esthetician able to address my concerns and make informed recommendations.

Katia always attends to my needs on each visit. She is expert in pressure and time attending my muscle groups. I always walk out feeling incredible compared to how I arrived.
