Hanna is always very friendly as well as knowledgeable and effective.

Cleanliness of the reception area, restroom, and treatment room. Attention to detail with masks, distancing, and questioning regarding Covid-19 symptoms. I felt very comfortable receiving the service even in this time of Covid-19.

The esthetician was extremely helpful with addressing my skin concerns and giving me a treatment right for my skin. She also was extremely attentive and wrote everything down so I wouldn’t forget her tips. She went above and beyond what she was required.

The Southlake location is always clean, welcoming and has ample parking. My therapist is knowledgeable, experienced, always engaging and friendly. You can tell he loves his profession and takes care of his clients.

Everytime I go to hand and stone, I am always amazed at the customer service and great care of patrons. The massages are always wonderful. I enjoy every visit and will continue to go back.

I was a bit nervous about returning to the spa after the COVID-19 closes, but I was happy to see all of the health measures that have been implemented.

Hannah is absolutely amazing. I will be back to see her. She listens to my needs and spends a perfect amount of time addressing my concerns. Also, paying the introductory rate was more reasonable than a normal rate. I would be a more frequent visitor if the rate stayed the same as I paid. Staff was very professional and not pushy to become a member. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
