A fabulous staff... there were problems with equipment that should be replaced but the people were wonderful...

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone because the massage therapist was very good and listened to what I needed. I left feeling very relaxed. Also, she was very good about catering the pressure to my preference.

She was very knowledgeable about skin. She took the time to explain that since my skin looked a little irritated, she wouldn't use steam to further agravate it. The facial and neck massage were amazing. I felt truly relaxed and confident that my skin was in great hands.

My massage therapist is awesome! In the two times that I have seen Jennifer she has taken my needs into account and provided a great experience.

Carissa is great at her job. The room is great, table is comfortable. Nice atmosphere.

Professional and courteous staff. Megan the esthetician was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.

The combination of massage therapy and reflexology was perfect. I will choose that in the future. I had no specific areas needing attention.
