Hand and Stone

I have been a member for quite a while now and I'm always impressed. We've been to many Hand and Stones across the metroplex and this is one of my favorite ones. We live in Fort Worth and still pop into Southlake's location from time to time.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Megan is amazing. I have many people telling me how awesome my skin looks from complete strangers to my family. She has made a huge difference in my skin, not just from her treatments, but from her recommendations on products and how to use them.

Therapist was great! They had to rebook my appointment and were very helpful at the front desk.

No pressure. Not rude. Knowledgeable.

I was Highly satisfied with my overall experience. The staff is so friendly. The way the place is decorated, and the way it smells is so relaxing. I do have to say tho... On my latest visit, the reception area was so cold, that I chose to wait outside.

Gary is amazing! Very knowledgeable and listens to my needs. I always enjoy coming to this location. The staff is super friendly and takes great care of me. Love the coconut water!!!

The massage therapist is awesome. Sometimes these chains have a lot of turnover so we will see. For now, I am happy. I do think some of the specials advertised are misleading but doesn't apply to this visit.
