The receptionist was attentive and helpful in providing my hot tea. The massage therapist, TC, was also very attentive to the areas which I had specified often needed work. Further, when I had to cancel my membership (because of relocation to North Dakota), the receptionist was informative and helpful throughout the process.

My fiancee recommended massages to help us relax through the wedding planning process. DJ was excellent and I would highly recommend her. While it's hard for me to make it there with my work schedule. I know my fiancee will be back and I probably will as well when I can fit it it in around work.

Hand and stone has such kind and welcoming staff. The building is always clean and calming and the membership is a great perk. Laura and DJ do a wonderful job and they are the primary reason I maintain my membership and visit Southlake location specifically.
