Megan in Southlake is outstanding, taking care of all my needs and more. I always want her to perform my facials. Everyone else, also great!

The staff is Always welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable with everything I've ever needed. It is Alway very nice smelling and very clean throughout. My therapist Katia is amazing! I pass her name and the Southlake location on to all my friends and family!

Therapist retrieved me at the scheduled start time for my massage. Not sure if that's considered a "late" start, but the experience seemed a bit rushed. Overall, great experience!

Very pleasant and calming experience. My face looked and felt better immediately. Always treated very respectfully and given options, but not pressured.

I am a big advocate of customer service ( I also work in the customer svc industry) , eye contact, judgement free zone. This is my first time getting a professional massage from this establishment and I purposefully go to the Southlake location because they had a wonderful phone presence, they were personable, friendly and had great customer service with my initial visit. I purchased a membership that day. The NRH location is right down the street and even over the phone I was not impressed by the conversation even though I was a new customer. It was a completely different experience in Southlake, please continue what yall are doing!

Excellent pressure for working out the kinks

Booking the appointment was easy. The front desk personnel were friendly. The massage therapist was seasoned in sports massage. He listened to me about what areas were sore and responded in massage therapy accordingly.

Because it ranked up as one of the best facials I've ever had. Briley was so good, and very knowledgeable about skin types, and gave me some good advice about caring for mine. Because for a first time visit, it was extremely affordable, I felt like my trip was well worth it. I don't know if my skin will respond differently after the facial since it was just done yesterday. Not sure I will be able to return as the next visit would be $100 and that seems very high.
