Hand and Stone

The time and attention I received at Hand and Stone for the facial was exceptional based on the skill of the aesthetician and the quality of the products used. Also, she made me feel as though I was her only customer--a great value for the time spent and cost. I had no intention of becoming a member, but after some deliberation, I decided to become a member because I felt like I would benefit from the services offered by making it more of a routine to get periodic facials and massages.

Derrick is a knowledgeable and skilled therapist; I've seen him a couple of times before, and I always appreciate his work. I will add that I have never had a negative experience at this location! All of the therapists I've worked with have been very good.

My appointment with Briley was a wonderful and educating experience. It was my first facial. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of skin care in which I had concerns. Briley provides me with the the proper ways to care for my skin.

Tatiana was fantastic. Very professional and did an excellent job. Can’t wait to come back next month!

Laura is an excellent masseuse. She asks about problem areas and listens to your needs. Front office is great as well.

I have been very satisfied with my experiences at Hand and Stone Southlake so far. The staff are friendly and professional. The spa is clean, pretty and relaxing. The quality of the service is what I would expect from a much higher end spa.

I feel beautiful and empowered after my visits. Since my face is more of a challenge I visit with Briley more often (once monthly). As usual both Briley and Shanda are wonderful. This is proven by the fact that BOTH women I referred to them this month signed up for membership upon the end of their first visits!
