I went in for a relaxing massage, and that’s exactly what I got. It was great.

This Hand and Stone is my massage home. I know the receptionist, Skylar, very well. She knows me by name and we always find things to talk about once I am checked in. The reception area is always decorated nicely which is very welcoming. My massage therapist Ed always asks for areas to work on and areas to avoid. I have arthritis, so that is an important question for me. Ed's technique is very relaxing; he is very knowledgeable and professional and he creates a peaceful environment. The other therapist I see is Alex, he is amazing; he always knows just what to do to help me. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Hand and Stone Southlake.

The receptionist was fabulous, quick and easy. The massage was heaven!! Elvira did an amazing job helping relax while still getting deep into my knots.

Olivia is very knowledgeable and communicates well. She explains options thoroughly and suggests additional services only when there is a need. I am always very satisfied with her work.

I have been a client for many years with my therapist. When he is not available I consistently use a particular alternate therapist that also does a fine job for me. The services provided by reception, massage therapists and estheticians are consistently top-notch. I appreciate that some of the other therapist that I do not use will even give me pleasant greetings. I observe that other clients seem to be treated well. It also seems that staff enjoys their work environment.

Reggie was amazing! He was on point with the firm pressure. I felt like a million bucks afterwards. I will most definitely be booking all my massage appointments with him.

Gary is the best massage therapist I've ever had. I live in Fort Worth and I drive all the way to Southlake just to see him. I can't recommend him enough! I had a fantastic experience with Corey as well helping me with some credits.
