Ease of making an appointment with the Masseuse of my choice - Derrick. The friendliness of Reception staff and them bringing me spa water. The expertise of the massage from Derrick, including massage room.

Hand and Stone feels like a true Spa atmosphere as compared to Massage Envy. The therapists have all been excellent, i have seen 5 but the current one i see is so awesome, kind, caring and knows her stuff. She can feel areas I didn't even realize were an issue. I feel great when I leave and I love the Hymalayan Hot Stones! I am never sore from the deep tissue massage.
