My massage therapist, Carl, was very good. However, the massage itself did not lead to any pain relief. I don't necessarily think that it is due to any shortcomings by Carl. It may be that the knots in my shoulders are too much to resolve in one visit. I did have to request a few times that he use more pressure. It felt like a regular massage, not a deep tissue one. I was interested in a membership, however, it does not seem like it is a good deal. For $60 I get one free massage and "member" pricing for additional massages. Other places i have gone to, offer a package that allows you to get 4 massages a month for the monthly fee of $100, and discount on any additional masages you get.

Not so much the experience but your website is quite confusing for booking reservation. To book the reservation you should not need to put a card information in there

I was charged for a scalp massage that I did not receive and my facial technician I felt was trying to talk me in to more and more services.

Had to pay full amount. I’m a club member as I received it as a gift. Apparently you have to wait 30 days. They should indicate that when one buys a memebership.

The receptionist seemed scared or timid and the sheets on the massage table had an old smell. I'm used to there being some type of eucalyptus smell or product used.

I felt the marlton hand and stone had better amenities, estitians provided neck/shoulder massages where Washington township did not, and overall preferred marlton hand and stone location better

We did a couples massage. My masseuse was excellent and took his time and catered to my specific needs. My friend however did not have the same experience. His masseuse wasn't friendly and did not give him the full 50 minutes. Because of this I felt that my therapist felt rushed to finish my massage. It made me wish I had my own room. We did complain to the receptionist and they did give us complimentary aromatherapy for the next visit. I feel as though there should be some sort of soft chime for when the massage starts to the 50 minutes when it ends. Just a suggestion. By the way they did not bring us in on schedule and we we informed them that we only needed one minute to undress.

I am not highly satisfied with my experience is because when I call to request a certain person that person has left. It has a high turnover.

Although I was satisfied with my massage, I was distracted by the smell of cigarette smoke. If employees do smoke perhaps a change of clothing following a smoke break is needed or the option for clients to book with a non-smoker.
