Always different receptionist and lately they all make it seem like they do not want to be there.

Reception area staff not friendly. Processed payment on wrong credit card and had to void. I never gave permission to keep this particular cc on file. Now I have to wait for it to clear. Staff appears stressed to push products and services.

The massage was awesome. The facial was just ok. Not happy that the aestician wore gloves. It was very odd.

It was very relaxing

Charged for a Day I was not there, they had to correct later because manager unavailable.

The manager at the Turnersville store is not supplying bottled water any more. I thought it was a nice added touch to the service and made you feel cared for.

The estiticians are great and know their products and services very well.

Only because my feet were not addressed very much. It wasn't something I specified but only a few minutes were applied there. I would like for this to be a part of the massage that was just included. This applied to all of the massage therapists I have seen there as well. Also, the room is always cold, even with the heated table turned on. Otherwise, great experience!

The massage therapist felt rushed which in turn projected that essence or feeling to me. I was unable to relax because of this and I normally am able to fully relax in my massages. I started getting massages at hand and stone and left for a different reason and was still getting massages at different facilities and decided to try this new location and it just reminds me of why I left initially.

I was disappointed that you are not giving out a water bottle after a service any more and when you book a facial getting your neck and shoulders should still be included in the package while the product is on you face for 10 mint before washed off. That s not right for what you pay it should be included.
