Hand and Stone

The receptionist gave me great information, I thought my package expired in 90 days and she insured me I had a whole year. This made me especially happy since the last time the girl told me 90 days.

My therapist talked to much. and the atmosphere was not relaxing. would have liked to hear more of the relaxing music. Felt rushed

The person I normally see is no longer there. The therapist I had did not massage my feet. I wasn’t offered water at the end of the session

Didn't want my feet touched and she did. Wanted more time on my shoulders

Massage started late and time was not made up. Massage was just mainly done on my back did not take the time to really work on other areas.

I've never gotten a bikini wax before so I didn't realize there still may be some wax residue leftover... *down there* which was uncomfortable & very sticky for the drive home. BUT! It came right out in the shower like my esthetician said it would! This wasn't a "problem" - more like a minor inconvenience that was eventually resolved - thank you! Now I know for next time. Everyone was lovely! (PS - the receptionist is a doll!)

There was some confusion as to how far a 'bikini wax' extended - however it was cleared up to my satisfaction. The ambiance of reception area isn't as warm as other Hand and Stone locations.

I’m having difficulty getting the same masseuse for repeat visits. Every time I come, they have new people. I’m wondering why the workers don’t stay at this location.

15 minutes late the appointment was and bed warmer did not work
