Made appt on phone, put on hold, then receptionist asked to call me back. My massage started about 10 minutes late. Masseuse didn’t ask any questions about problem areas or amount of pressure. Scalp massage not very good...not worth extra money.

The therapist was excellent, the front desk experience was just ok - not the usual friendly, caring staff I usually encounter there

I HAD A GIFT CARD AND EVIDENTLY YOUR GIFT CARDS ARE NOT FOR A DOLLAR AMOUNT BUT SERVICES WHICH I DID NOT REALIZE WHEN GIVEN THE GIFT CARD SO I COULD NOT USE THE CARD TOWARD MY ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON THAT DAY. ALSO I WAS USING MY BANKED MEMBERSHIP SPA SESSIONS AND THE 50 MINUTE MASSAGE WAS PREPAID AND I HAD AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES TO MAKE AN 80 MINUTE MASSAGE AND IT COST ALMOST AS MUCH FOR MY 30 EXTRA MINUTES AS MY 50 MINUTES PREPAID SERVICE. THEN I COULD NOT UTILIZE THE GIFT CARD I HAD TO PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES SO THIS WAS DIFFICULT FOR THE STAFF PERSON TO THEN PROCESS. SHE WAS VERY COURTEOUS BUT SEEMED THAT A NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM HAD RECENTLY BEEN IMPLEMENTED AND WAS DIFFICULT FOR HER TO NAVIGATE.

I do not usually talk to others about getting massages so therefore I am not likely to recommend Hand and Stone.

Franklin is an awesome massage therapist. I will definitely go back to this location only for a massage from Franklin. He explained everything he was going to do and what products he was going to use. Franklin is definitely an asset to your facility!!!!

I loved the facial and the knowledge she knew. My only complaint is I felt like they were always trying to sell me more stuff.

I reserve highly satsatisfied for an unexpectedly great experiance. If I expect it to be goog and it's good, I'm satisfied. Highly satisfied exceeds expectation; very hard to do. No grade inflation.

Facial was wonderful and esthetician was great. No issues with my facial or the woman who performed it. Massage and masseuse was not satisfactory. I asked for light pressure, but was provided with hard pressure. At start, she introduced herself and said to follow her. Before I could even grab my belongings she had walked away and was already in the room. At the end of the massage, she did not even ask how I felt or how the massage was. She said to get dressed and she'd be waiting outside the door. I got dressed, opened the door and waited. When she did not return, I walked myself out to reception. Minutes later she arrived at reception area, not to apologize or check on me, but to call her next customer. Poor customer service, would not recommend this masseuse.

I have received numerous massages. I asked for firm pressure which she did give. Maybe a little to much I asked her to tone it down a little bc it hurt and today I am sore. I know that she was working out the knots but I have never been sore after a massage.
