Hand and Stone

The therapist I have is very good. I continuously visit her. I believe the rooms are warm to them however, to their clients is cold - a few of them like to keep the fans blowing. If we are undress that can be cold for us. Is there some way to keep the rooms cooler for the therapist? We are not relaxing to enjoy the massage if we are shivering. Just a thought.

Turnover of therapists

The manager was "extremely" annoying and pushy.!! Besides the fact that he didn't have his act together. If he was the one that was trying to promote the membership I would have declined. He is a disgrace to the business!

I was satisfied. My massage met my needs. I came for a specific problem and am not a frequent massage client.

I really enjoyed my first therapist, Jackie. I saw her several times. When she was no longer available I was referred to Alyssa and she was good too. I tried on other therapist, Franklin. He was good as well. I did not like my facial person, Shannon. I will not be utilizing her. Otherwise everything has been good.

There are 3 reasons- 1. The cost should be less for being a member 2. The member should be able to get a punch on their membership card at each visit (not just for an upgrade) 3. There should be an option for sented lotions

Everyone was great. I like to get in and out. However, the manager was super pushy in regards to booking another appointment even when I stated I don't have a set schedule.

I am a member new to this site. This site is noisier then the one I came from. Since you come for peace and relaxation. It wa a bit annoying to hear loud strong laughter in the massage room from the room next door. Not the therapist fault it just happened that way this time. Also I was invited to come earlier due to a cancellation which I did. Checked in right away. But waited 15 + minutes before going in then waited for the therapist another 10 or so minutes for the therapist to come back to start the massage. The massage was awesome the therapist was very nice and I would request her again. I think it was just circumstances that causes the annoyance I have been a member for a while now and this wa the first time this happened.

I think the the therapist might of mis understood what brought me to my session because I had just recently had back surgery and am now getting therapy which massage is to be part of my therapy.
