The waiting area was not comfortable, and not that it is required, but there was no water after the massage because " no one went to pick it up". The therapist was great, I just felt like it was rushed.

I asked for moist heat prior to massage to loosen muscles and it was done at the end of massage

Franklin was very good. I hope he stays. I usually find someone at this spa that is good and after two months they leave.

My only issues where that both times I went I could hear people laughing and talking during my massage. Also with my membership that I signed up for i didn't realize that there would be an extra charge for deep tissue massages. Had I known, I wouldn't have upgraded bc it ends up being more then I paid my other massage therapist and I only joined bc of the discounted price and bc i can get facials here which my other place didnt offer. So now I'm actually paying more for the deep tissue which is the massage I prefer most. And finding a price list is impossible so how are we supposed to know what it cost without calling everytime we want a service?

I think Hand and Stone is satisfactory totally different expierence then say Red Door Spa that would be highly satisfactory. Also, I find that your gratuity suggestions at check out is a little tacky and inflated 20% should be for highly satisfactory/satisfactory.

I had a facial then a massage. At other locations I was offered slippers to move room to room. I was not at this location.

I thought for the price of the membership per month, the esthetician could have done more than 2 masks in 50 minutes. All basic facials come with extractions at the least.
