My massage therapist (Otisa) is excellent. I always book appointments 3/4 at a time and months ahead to make sure I get the time I want. I refuse to be massaged by anyone else !!! She’s the best

very satisfied with therapist. Very disappointed in all Hand and Stones turn around on therapists . Every time i get a massage, the therapist moves on to a different job and not within the company at a different location.

Wonderful experience hands down. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back. As a matter of fact, I signed up for a membership my first day because I would love to continue seeing these awesome people!

Yanai is fabulous. I meet her when she first came to hand and stone and she is wonderful, I have been seeing her ever since. She knows how to work your painful areas and relieve them. She doesn’t it so well I feel safe telling her what is bothering me and letting her do her magic.

Vanessa does an amazing job in my facials. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Any questions I have during the facial about my skin care at home or the facial itself she always has an answer for.

John is AMAZING! He personalized the experience of my massage and makes sure I am at ease. He frequently checks to make sure of pressure and relaxation I am feeling. Highly recommend John!!!!
