Excellent and relaxing massage

I have my massages with Franklin and he always makes me super relaxed, feeling comfortable, always on time, I leave there with no pain, etc. Also, the young girl at the desk is so nice.

The friendliness of the staff and The Massage Therapist Adam was Amazing

The girls at the desk were very busy selling gift certificates since it was Black Friday but still managed to welcome me .

My massage therapist was great! Kevin asked me questions when appropriate and also found some areas that needed extra attention. He explained exactly what he was doing very well and gave me permission to adjust what he was doing as I felt I needed. The only criticism I would give is that online, it allowed to me book an appointment with add ons that Kevin was not certified to perform. I did not specifically choose Kevin so I thought it should have given me a therapist that could perform them (ie decompression therapy). That being said, the front desk did alert me of this before my appointment and gave me some other options. I chose to keep my appointment and adjust the services and I am glad I did because Kevin was great!

Malaysia was my esthetician...She was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and did a great job with my skin...She also gave a very nice facial massage.

The host at the front-counter was extremely welcoming. They provided me with patient and inclusive answers to my hundreds of questions regarding the membership (which I got). My massage was also excellent.
