Debby was very gentle and explained everything she was doing.

Kelly was very good at helping me relax. My only feedback would be that the check in process was very tedious with too many questions.

The receptionists are super nice and always welcome you as you enter Hand & Stone. Jessica is a great massage therapist & gives an amazing massage! I'm always 100% satisfied with all of the services I receive at Hand & Stone!!!

Excellent pressure applied Experience Maside comfortable

The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The waiting room was quite relaxing and I was brought back to the massage room in a timely fashion. My massage therapist was also incredibly kind and good at her job. Previously when I’ve gotten massages with medium pressure, they’ve been nearly intolerably painful near my shoulder blades, but the pressure used at this visit was perfect.

My esthetician was very friendly and personable. My appointment was perfectly on time and the esthetician kept a physically uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend the store location and that specific esthetician.

My overall experience was pleasant. The facility was clean and the therapist was very good.

the front desk girls are always so upbeat and happy I simply love them. Also, the two times I went in with a different MT both my experiences were amazing. 1st was Adam and I can see why he has a wait list. And Steve - was also amazing. I told Steve I liked that Adam was heavy handed thats why I choose guys-its a better massage and he quickly changed the way he did things and became more heavy handed. So I am very happy and signed up for the membership too.
