Place was Clean, people friendly, great massage.

I was very please with my service. He listened to my concerns and made sure I had a very relaxing experience.

The receptionists at Hand and Stone were lovely and so accommodating. The woman who treated me was so sweet and made me feel relaxed the whole way through. Karen was so kind and did an amazing massage.

This was my first time at this location. The receptionist were very friendly and my massage therapist was great. He was one of the best masseuse that I have had since going to hand and stone. I will likely request him in the future if he is available.

I was running late due to traffic and unforeseen road closures. I spoke with the receptionist who was extremely kind and when I arrived, was whisked back for an amazing massage with Frederick. In spite of being late, the massage was relaxing and they did absolutely everything to accommodate me without encroaching on other clients’ time. Very professional. Excellent experience! Thank you!

Jessica is a top notch therapist. The reception people greet you warmly, I am impressed overall at how the staff makes you feel welcome.

The reception staff was very friendly (in the past at this location, they seemed unorganized) and organized. In the past it seemed to take them a longer that usual time to get in to the computer system... I also had a new massage therapist and he was EXCELLENT (Stephen Cockerill)
