The woman who took care of me was very nice and attentive to what I came for. I felt much better when I left. I'll definitely be back at some point when I have some more time for myself.

Back in October I attempted to freeze my membership. I called the phone number I found by googling the location. So I googled the Turnersville location the phone number given was for Milville. I canceled my membership over the phone. Howevercome November 5 I was still charged. When I finally sorted out the location errors, no one was able to refund the money I was charged. I was able to freeze my membership. I finally used that massage I paid for in April. This massage therapist, Karen, was horrible. She never asked what level of massage I wanted. I asked for aromatherapy and didn’t get it. When I told the massage therapist I wanted her to press harder, all she did was just speed up the massage. It had to be the worst massage of my life to the point where I even questioned to myself if she is a licensed and trained masseuse. I was having a true medical issue that could have been resolved through massage, but it was not. Without my permission, she used CBD oil. She told me after she had applied it. She said she had some left over from her last client. I really was uncomfortable with that. Additionally, she talked through the entire massage.

I saw that it was very clean and everyone was properly wearing masks. Looked clean and the ambiance was good

Malaysia was absolutely incredible. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Just had an amazing experience for my first time.
