This was my first time at Hand and Stone I will be back😊 I just want to thank my therapist Lauren she’s phenomenal you need to clone her she wasn’t rough and we had great conversation see you next month thanks again

The personnel was very professional. Malaysia educated me on proper skin care techniques. She also did an amazing job on my facial.

All employees were friendly and the facility was clean.

This location was very welcoming! I enjoyed my visit and my time here.Both my facial and massage were fantastic and amazing! I enjoyed the conversation with the staff they were very informative and attentive to their clients. very great location.

Malaysia was great

The esthetician was very nice. In regards to booking, I booked last minute and online and would have booked a massage after or before the facial, however there was only 1 therapists available. David M - David M did my last massage, his massage was great, however he is a smoker and I could not get passed the smoke smell. I recommend you ask David not to smoke on days he works. it ruins the massage. I didn't get a survey the last time so I thought I'd mention it now. thank you

Everything was great!!

The masseuse Charlotte was great! I was a bit turned off by a sign posted at front desk suggested the amount of tip. My monthly service is &65. They suggest tips of $20 if Good, $25 Great $30 Excellent. These are 30-50% tips??

My esthetician was extremely friendly. She listened to all my concerns and made me feel important as she catered to my concerns. It was like we knew each other and just friends. I enjoy my facial with her

I had a membership at another Hand and Stone location and I cancelled it because the cleanliness of the spa and professionalism of the staff had declined. At the Turnersville location I was pleased to see how much better it is in all respects. The esthetician was very personable and knowledgeable and my skill felt wonderful when I was done. I will book another appointment there soon.
