Hand and Stone

Everyone is always pleasant. Was thrilled to have the same person for my facial, first time I actually had the same person. Always relaxing, what I am looking for when I make an appointment.

Shay is wonderful!!!! I usually allow her to judge where I need her to focus her attention and she never disappoints. She is always upbeat, friendly and very professional.

The ambiance is quiet and peaceful. I was greeted warmly. I arrived early for my appointment and was still taken in immediately. The bed was warm the way I like it and my massage therapist addressed the issues that are particular to me and not just a one size fits all kind of massage; I really appreciated that. My massages, although relaxing, are for therapeutic purposes so that I can continue to function and therefore essential to my well being. AND my massage therapist had fresh breath and didn't stink of cigarettes. Overall very nice experience. Everyone was accommodating.

My facialist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Never had a facial before but would definitely recommend this procedure and in particular this Hand and Stone.
