I have never had a facial and Nicole was amazing and knowledgeable. It was a relaxing atmosphere.

I've been to Hand and Stone many times. My recent visit I was very impressed with how the manager, Mitchel, at the Turnersville location in New Jersey, handled the costumers. It became very busy with so many people coming in, and the phones ringing non stop. However he was able to maintain patience and kindness and was able to help each costumer with care and consideration. I really noticed, respected and appreciated his work ethic and professionalism. Not to mention the massage therapists were wonderful. My 2 favorites at this location are Franklin and Son. I'm very athletic with lots of injuries. They were gentle when needed to be and relieved a lot of the tightness in my upper back and hamstrings.

It was a very relaxing experience. My therapist was the best I have ever had. I booked my next massage before I left.
